Wheatless is reinventing Gluten-Free, teaching its users how to navigate New York City by finding the best restaurants, recipes, and brands, and allowing our customers to order from certified Gluten Free restaurants.

Here at Wheatless we are dedicated to making sure that people feel comfortable and safe when eating Gluten Free in New York City. Too often people with gluten sensitivity get sick from the food they believed was gluten-free. Our mission is to educate people on how to navigate New York in a safe way and even provide our users with GF options.

Our Three Offerings:

Eat In
The Eat in function provides users with ingredients, brands, and recipes that are great for cooking at home. From microwavable freezer goods to Gluten-Free bread crumbs, Wheatless is dedicated to helping you design a kitchen that fits all of your Gluten-Free needs.
Eat Out
The Eat Out function provides users with a certified gluten-free meal whenever they would like. Wheatless displays each user with restaurants that we have visited and certified as Gluten Free and allows them to place an order for pickup, with an exclusive GF discount.
Educate
Educate is dedicated to teaching people how to navigate New York City as celiac. Through articles on the latest news, blogs on the newest tips and tricks, and a food search functionality, our users will slowly learn how to feel comfortable with their allergies.

Wheatless meets in person with every restaurant they offer pickup services with, ensuring safety for people with allergies and an absence of Cross Contamination.

Meet our team:

Daniel
Keswin

Daniel is celiac and came up with the base idea. He is an expert in product design and data analysis. Daniel is currently in his final year at Riverdale Country School

Matilda
Dingemans

Matilda is a master of python and web design, and has a natural ability to understand the needs of the customers, and to create solutions. She is currently in her final year at Riverdale.

Tobey
Seeman

Tobey is a graphic design and web specialist who is able to accurately create a user friendly design. He is currently in his final year at Riverdale.
